Are You Ready for More Client Complaints?

As we enter the last quarter of 2024, here are a few predictions for 2025.

• Clients will move to risk-on products away from the safety of money markets and interest-rate products
• Clients will increase their risk tolerance (although they should not) to maintain the yield they are used to or feel they need
• Complaints will increase in a few years due to this behavior
